Donate blood and bone marrow

Young people and children with cancer often require several blood and platelet transfusions throughout their treatment. Some children and young people also require bone marrow transplants. One way to help them is to regularly donate blood and platelets, and to register with your local bone marrow registry.

In Australia, please visit Australian Red Cross Blood Service (www.donateblood.com.au) and Australian Bone Marrow Donor Registry (www.abmdr.org.au).
